I am my own person

The option is available to go and hang out in Brighton today.

My knee is still playing up.

I feel shattered from a long week of getting up at 5.45 in the morning to go to work and run around till 7 or 730 in the evening.

It doesn't leave much energy for anything other than chillin.

I suppose i am meant to make much more effort in the pursuit of the flesh but I have gone so long without that it is no longer a driving force in my existence.
